Anti-depressants are the most common medications suggested managing depression during pregnancy. They act by regulating the production of mood-controlling enzymes in the brain. However, recent studies link these medicines to various incidents of babies born with deformities and malformations.   • Make self-care your priority. Never compromise your physical or psychological health at any cost.
